Bloomberg Exchange Modeler

Challenge: Bloomberg's team faced significant challenges in integrating data from various global exchanges. The existing process for documenting integration requirements lacked standardization, leading to inconsistent documentation and limited historical records. Solution: To address these challenges, a new initiative, an Exchange Modeler, was conceived and turned into Voyager. A standardized framework for gathering and documenting exchange integration requirements. This framework encouraged product owners to describe requirements using business value rather than technical instructions.
